1) Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! International orders may take several weeks due to your countries’ customs and local mail carrier. Rate details are available at checkout.

 

2) How long does it take to receive my order?

Each order received will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse within a 24hr period. This time period starts at the acceptance of the order.

 

3) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for online orders.

 

4) What if my item doesn’t fit?

You can return your item in its original packaging. Please review our return policy for more details.

 

5) How long does it take to receive a refund back to my card?

We’re sorry that things didn’t work out for you. Refunds will be processed approximately 3-7 business days after the item is received. You will be notified once we have received your returned item.

 

6) How do I place a pre-order?

You select the item and pay for it upon checkout. Once the item is ready for delivery, you will be notified.

 

 

7) I made a mistake can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot change it however you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact customer care with your request.

 

8) I misplaced my prepaid return label what do I do?
